Cornerstone Kids and Youth
At Cornerstone, we believe that we are a family of God, including every member of every family. Our children and youth are active, engaged participants of our church–at all ages and all stages of their physical, emotional, and spiritual development.

Our heart as a Cornerstone Kids and Youth team is to create a place where the youngest members of our church can meet Jesus in true ways!

We'd love for your family to join us and meet Jesus for yourself!
Safe & Secure
Your child's safety is very important to us. We have a simple but effective registration and check-in system to ensure your child's safety every Sunday. You can find our full child-safety policy here.

Equipped & Caring Leaders
Our leaders are background-checked, trained through MinistrySafe, and excited to worship with your children every Sunday! Check-out our Ministry Handbook to learn more about our practices.

Age Groups

Your littlest children are always welcome in our Sunday morning service! But should you need to step out of the sanctuary, our loft provides a space for you and your babies to quietly play while still engaging with the worship service. While we do not currently offer nursery care, we have age-appropriate toys, a designated nursing room, and a changing table available for you to use.

For more information about our "toddler formation times," which are seasonal and outside of our Sunday morning service schedule, please contact Donovan Brown.
On Sundays, we worship together through liturgy, song, story, memorization, wondering questions, catechesis (teaching of doctrine and the faith), and prayer. We make space for your kids to respond to God through art, reflection, or imaginative play.

We use the God’s Big Story (GBS) curriculum, which is rooted in the truth that God has come to rescue us from our sin through his Son Jesus Christ. GBS explores the full biblical narrative (from creation to new creation!) through the liturgical year (church calendar).

We currently offer two classrooms for our kids on Sunday mornings

Our 15 months-1st grade classroom ("Pebbles") meets downstairs every Sunday morning from 10 AM -11 AM. Check-in begins at 9:50 AM and check-out is during the offertory (to allow our children to participate in the full Eucharistic service with their families).

Our 2nd-6th grade classroom ("Pillars") currently meets two Sundays a month. This allows our core elementary-aged kids to worship with us upstairs and downstairs on alternate weeks (with their parents or with their peers). This group stays in the sanctuary until they are dismissed after the gospel reading and returns to the sanctuary with their leaders around 11 AM for Eucharist. Check our calendar for our current class schedule.
Our 7th grade - 12 grade Cohort ("Arches") meets regularly but worships with their peers and parents in the principal service on Sunday morning. We believe it's important for our tweens and teens to serve God with their unique gifts, so you'll see our youth participating in different volunteer roles on a Sunday. To get more info or to register your youth for cohort meet-ups, contact Donovan Brown.
